Felice (they/them) is a Jamaican-American comic artist who initially joined the PSTC team as an apprentice! Now a full-time resident artist, Felice is crushing it in the realm of illustrative color & black and grey designs.
From humble beginnings doing permanent marker tattoos in the laundry room at debate camp in high school, tattooing was always the logical next step. They write indie comics, design band posters and wrestling tee shirts, which they’re finding their way to translating to tattooing! Black and white independent comics, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon cartoons, Japanese woodblock prints, and the illustrations in the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark book series are very big influences on their art.
Outside of tattooing, Felice loves horror movies and pro wrestling. They wrestle in a local queer league, but are on hiatus as they learn this new skill. They live with their partner and their cat. They identify as a dirt goth, which means they have seen both Iggy Pop and Siouxie Sioux live.
Specialities
Felice would like to work on black and grey tattoos with dot shading and full color pieces with unexpected color palettes. They’d jump at the chance to do classic comic panels and hope to do a Nancy panel one day. They LOVE a crazy mash up idea, so hit them with your most outlandish requests!
